Manifesting
Thought
Before you begin deliberately using your Manifesting Thought, do the prep work. Define exactly what you want to manifest and when you want it to come into your life.
Option 1: Write a single declarative sentence in present tense affirming your heart’s desires as if they have already manifested in your life. Start out focusing on only three of your wants. Repeat these sentences over and over in your mind or out loud three times a day—morning, noon and night—and as you do, relax, put a smile on your face and say them with emotion. Be flexible, if you need to change anything in your affirmations, just rewrite them until they make you feel great every time you say them. (If you’re feeling flat and don’t think you can muster up a good feeling emotion, try singing your affirmations. It will uplift your spirit and put you in a better feeling place.) Option 2: Have fun with “HeArt Projects.” Cut out pictures of things that you desire and paste them in a scrapbook or on a piece of poster board. This can be as simple or elaborate as you want, all that matters is that you feel fantastic every time you gaze at it. Place your HeArtwork where you will see it first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Option 3: Drawing, painting or mind mapping things that you desire are great HeArt Projects, too. Option 4: Feeling so stuck that you don’t even know what you want? Follow your passions; they are your guideposts.
